Georgia has more than 14 years of international art-direction and design leadership experience, working at creative management levels across commercial, luxury, cultural and corporate sectors in New York, Paris, London, Switzerland and Australasia.
As a creative in her own right, Georgia has lead fully integrated creative solutions; in digital, experiential, retail, print and film. She has directed
luxury fashion and beauty campaigns with creative partners such as Mario Sorrenti in New York, Kristian Schuller in Paris and Campbell
Hooper in Australasia.
After working alongside the Head of Beauty at Saatchi & Saatchi London whilst in her role as Saatchi & Saatchi X UK Head of Design, Georgia was approached by global beauty brand, Aesop to take the role of Aesop Design Director based in New York. As a consequence she was introduced to the european creative team with a view to consult directly with the brands' Creative Director, Marsha Meredith.
Georgia’s private creative practise has this year seen her creatively direct and turn-around high-end brand-repositioning publications for PICS, the
famously artistc production house for RANKIN, ROLEX, CLINIQUE and TOM FORD; and also creatively direct digital equity and e-commerce solutuions
for LUCAS-HUGH a globally recognised luxury athletic wear label.
She is a regular guest critic and juror for professional creative awards such as D&AD, Creative Circle, IAB Digital Creative Showcase and The Roses.
She has spoken at industry events such as PROMAX BDA, Creative Social and Shoreditch-House and is a regular columnist and trade-press editorial
board member for all things aesthetic at a global level.
In 2014, Georgia was invited to take the position of UK Design Director at advertising agency, Geometry Global after a long stint at Saatchi & Saatchi
in London, Geneva, Zurich and Paris. In the current role, Georgia leads conceptual and visual excellence through the refutable department she has established. The team she has built has consequently been hailed as the hot-bed for multi-disciplinary design within the agency’s global network. She
was the first creative leader to create the role of ‘Head of Artistic Collaboration’ in the advertising industry, underpinning her personal philosophy that the artistic avant-garde is the R&D division of commercial mainstream. She has built a team with the full faculties of creative directorship - that is, each member of her department functions with strategic nous and intelligent design-lead thinking, ideating and producing powerful solutions that create measurable
growth for their blue-chip client base.
Her conviction that craft lies at the heart of engagement has lead to a legacy of winning industry-awarded work for clients such as Ciroc Vodka, Cabana Cachaca, Dunhill and Godiva.
Georgia’s commissions within the luxury fashion and beauty sectors resound more with her own creative disposition and she has found the
aesthetically rich briefs within a creatively-led environment to engage and challenge her natural faculties with a personal passion and drive.
She has an enigmatic and spirited leadership style. She’s good in a room, driving and maintaining creative excellence and maintaining robust,
long-term client relationships.
"Always a pleasure to work alongside someone who also strives to get the best work possible out of every brief.
Georgia was continually challenging process and offering solutions of how we all work together/better as a global team. "
Shelley Dobson, Head of Beauty - Saatchi & Saatchi, London.
